At Twenty3seven Store, we want you to love what you order. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must provide a photo of the damaged or incorrect product
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products on sale or clearance
- Used or worn items
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (e.g., PayPal) within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued as store credit or transferred to your bank account, based on your preference.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We’ll provide the return address upon approval of your request.
